Projects / Ockenden Spa Hotel

The new build of 2000m2 is located within a derelict walled garden in the grounds of Ockenden Manor Hotel, a Grade 2 listed 17th Century Hotel in West Sussex, within a conservation area.

The design of the building takes into account the sloping site. The multi layered building is mostly set into the slope and has a contemporary design which is planned around a series of terraces stepped into the slope.

The building comprises indoor and outdoor swimming pools which are linked via a swim through within the curtain walling, external hot tub, internal spa pool, a relaxation area, treatment rooms, sauna, steam room, gym, associated changing rooms and 6 self contained exclusive and high spec luxury hotel suites at roof level with their own private gardens.
